Our Story
Who We Are
Indigenous Christian Fellowship Mission Inc. is a Christian charitable umbrella organisation and a voice to independent churches and affiliate ministries. Founded in Freetown, Sierra Leone by Bishop Elisha Eddie Howard, the mission gives apostolic leadership and support to churches and indigenous ministries, and develops projects that address the needs of the common man.
Today much of that work centres on children and young people, nurturing their welfare and education, growing their skills and careers, advocating for their rights and dignity, standing against drug abuse, and caring for their mental and emotional wellbeing so they can grow into healthy, responsible adults.
Drawing from 1 Peter 4:10, we believe every believer has a gift meant to serve others, and that this is what builds genuine love among brethren.

Our Mission
We are committed to serving humanity by protecting and developing children and youth, advocating for their rights and wellbeing, and standing against the things that harm them. Ultimately helping to alleviate poverty both physically and spiritually.

Work that meets real needs
Pastoral Counselling
Biblical truth put into action, belief, prayer, helping people to make quality decision in their lives.
Evangelism
Outreach to the deprived people in their community, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, Tracts, Bible and other biblical material distribution.
Church Planting
To establish churches in remote areas where there are no churches, and help in teaching the word of God to convert in their communities.
Relief Supply
Distribution of food, clothing, medicine, household/office equipment, school materials, providing food and shelter for the homeless / disadvantaged children.
Holistic Ministry
Masonry, Carpentry, Welding, Gara Tie & Dyeing, Soapmaking, Arts Crafts, Sending indigenous Missionaries in the fulfilment of the Great Commission, Involved in Christian Volunteer programme with similar organisation at both national and international level.
Advocacy on Human Rights and Mental Health
Provides Psycho-social support on mental health cases, involved in outreaches programs to communities where human right abuse is committed.
Community Development
Health care, Hospital and Nutrition, Outreach programs for rural communities, radio and T.V. broadcast to Schools, Colleges and local populace to create awareness of development issues in their lives, Agriculture for food self sufficiency in remote communities.
